V8 CHAMP COMES FACE TO FACE WITH SEA WORLD'S CREATURES OF THE DEEP!

V8 Supercar driver Steve Richards tested his nerve on Wednesday, 16 July 2008 when he came face to face with some of the world’s most feared predators in Sea World’s Shark Encounter.

The Ford Performance Racing driver is a real thrill-seeker and says meeting one of the world’s most feared creatures up close is a long-held ambition.

He will join a qualified Shark Bay diver for the ultimate Shark Encounter and an exhilarating shark feeding session with the world's most feared predators. Sea World’s Shark Bay is home to some of the Australia’s most dangerous species such as the magnificent Bull Whaler shark.

It makes for unusual race preparation as Richo looks to continue his winning streak at Queensland Raceway this weekend, after taking his first 2008 round victory at Darwin earlier this month. He is currently fifth in the championship standings.
