International Menu Options

Enjoy your day at Sea World with a touch of authentic Asian cuisine. The International Dining options are served in the Shoreline Restaurant at Sea World Resort.

International Buffet at Shoreline Restaurant

The International Buffet is served in the Shoreline Restaurant and includes Selection of appetizers: Miso soup, vegetable soup, a selection of fresh salads and dressings. Selection of hot dishes: Roast beef with gravy, hot chips, pizza, lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise, vegetarian pasta dish. Selection of Asian dishes: Spring rolls, fish with sweet & sour sauce, “ma po” tofu, Hokkien noodle dish, stir fried mixed vegetables, curry dish, soya chicken. Selection of side dishes: bread rolls, mixed Japanese and Chinese pickles. Selection of desserts: bite size cakes, jelly and chocolate mousse.

Chinese Menu

The Chinese Menu is served in the Shoreline Restaurant and includes Seafood & seaweed soup, garlic prawns, scallops & broccoli, calamari with Chefs own sauce, fish with sweet & sour sauce, snow peas and Chinese mushrooms, lemon chicken, steamed rice, mixed fruit platter, Chinese pickles & Chinese tea. Available for a minimum of 8 guests.

Indian Menu

The Indian Menu is served in the Shoreline Restaurant and includes Tomato soup, Methi Dhal, Chicken Makanwala, Mutter paneer, steamed rice, lavish bread, Raitha, mango chutney, Pickles, Bite size cakes and Fruit salad. Available for minimum of 50 guests.

Buffet Menu + Indian Dish

The Buffet Menu + Indian dish is served in the Shoreline Restaurant and includes Soup of the day, selection of fresh garden salads and dressings, selection of South East Asian dishes, selection of pasta dishes, bread rolls and selection of desserts. PLUS One Indian vegetarian dish (Methi DAL) and one Non vegetarian dish (Chicken Masala). Available for minimum 10 guests.

International Buffet at All Day Meal Deal Restaurant - Sea World

Menu includes selection of salads and dressing, continental cold cuts. Selection of hot dishes: Lemon Chicken, Deep fried fish in batter with sweet and sour sauce, Stir fried seasoned mixed vegetables, Vegetarian lasagne, Italian pizza, Asian style noodles, Spaghetti with bolognaise sauce, Mongolian Beef, Samosa, Diced lamb with curry sauce, Vegetarian spring rolls, Crispy chicken nuggets, French fries, Deep fried prawn crackers, Steamed rice, Bread rolls and selection of condiments. Selection of desserts: Selection of bite sized continental cakes, tropical slices and mixed fruit, jelly and chocolate mousse

Conditions:

Children are classified as being between the ages of 4-13 inclusive.

“Bonafide” tour guides and escorts 1 FOC per 10 “paying” pax and guides with groups of less than 10 “paying” pax, half price “net” rate applies.

All meal cancellations must be made before 10.00am on the day of arrival for all menus.
