Your ultimate dream - having fun in the water with dolphins – comes true in the Imagine Dolphin Adventure. In the ultimate experience, join in the magic of 'Imagine', Sea World’s Dolphin show. You’ll always have your own piece of 'Imagine' to keep forever, with a souvenir photo and DVD of your time in the water with the 'Imagine' dolphins.

‘Imagine’ is an enchanting new interactive Dolphin Show, and the ‘Imagine’ Dolphin Adventure is an experience of a lifetime, giving guests the opportunity to learn all about the beautiful Sea World dolphins while witnessing their amazing agility and grace as they interact with them in the water.

The ‘Imagine’ Dolphin Adventure is approximately 1 hour in duration with 20 minutes spent in the water with the dolphins.

Following ‘Imagine’, guests join the ‘Imagine’ trainers to learn how show concepts are developed from the planning phase, orchestration and choreography, right through to the actual performance. Guest will also learn about underlying conditioning and husbandry philosophies upon which the training of Sea World's animals is founded.

While in the water with their newest friends, guests will be granted privileged access to view the spectacular water work behaviours from the show, demonstrating the design and physical capabilities of the dolphins. Guests will also learn about the care, husbandry, management and conservation of bottlenose dolphins.

'Imagine' Dolphin Adventure is available to guests 14 years of age and over at a cost of $225.00* per person, which includes one souvenir photograph and DVD capturing your unique experience.

What better way to capture your once-in-a-lifetime experience than with a souvenir DVD? Your souvenir DVD is included and features footage of you getting up close and personal with Sea World’s wonderful marine life. Take your experience home to relive again and again. 

The use of a supplied wet suit or rash vest and board shorts is required in all water-based programs and is included in the cost of the program. Sizes range from XS to 7XL. Should your size requirements not be met, please contact Guest Services to make other arrangements. Swimwear must be worn underneath wet suits or rash vests and board shorts. A deposit of a driver's license or credit card swipe will be required.

'Imagine' Dolphin Adventure programs are available 7 days a week and have approximately 12 participants per program.

The Nikon Indy 300 will take place on the Gold Coast 23 – 26 October 2008. You may experience traffic delays on your route to Sea World due to this event so please allow additional travelling time to ensure you are on time for your Animal Adventures program.

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION

• Participants must be 14 years of age or over.
• Participants must be competent swimmers.
• Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them. There are no complimentary programs for translators. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria.
• Participants must have controlled motor movement.
• Based on medical advice, participants must not be pregnant.
• Participants must not have any open cuts or infections.
• Guests with disabilities are asked to call Customer Connect on 13 33 86 directly to determine suitability to participate in the Animal Adventures programs. Please note a limited number of special needs programs are available for people with disabilities that otherwise prohibit them from participating.
